신선한 오징어의 비결
오징어는 어획 후 냉동보관이 아닐 경우 1~2일 경과하면 나쁜 맛과 냄새를 유발하는 물질인 ‘휘발성 염기질소’와 비린내의 주성분인 ‘트리메탈아민’등이 생성되어 건 오징어제품의 향과 맛에 아주 나쁜 영향을 주게되요. 울릉도 오징어 제품의 가공은 아침 일찍 출어하여 신속하게 당일 처리로 건조작업까지 들어가기 때문에 다른 지역 오징어보다 맛과 향이 좋습니다.

탱깃대는 무엇이죠?
지역 특산품으로서 차별화를 위해 오징어의 다리 부분에 가는 대나무로 ‘울릉도산(등록 제 467호)’을 표시했어요. 또한 다리 사이에 탱깃대를 사용하여 건조되지 않은 다리부위를 빨리 건조시키고 다리사이의 미생물오염을 최대한 억제 할 수 있어요.

쫄깃쫄깃 영양가득 오징어
라이신, 매치오닌트립토판 등의 풍부한 아미노산, 피로회복에 좋은 타우린 다량 함유, 양질의 단백질을 함유하고 있어요.

마른오징어 엄청 기다렸는데 드디어 받았어요. 짜지도 질기지도 않고 맛있어요 ~~ 역시나 마트에서 파는것보다 훨씬~ 맛있어요. 크기가 좀 작은편이긴 하지만 10마리니 한동안 먹을수 있겠네요. 좋은 제품 감사합니다~~ 세일 자주 해주세요~~
